Cincinnati, Middletown, and Dayton use the same base menu. The quote is driven by mowable turf, access, detail level, and route efficiency—not a random city mark-up.

Cincinnati, Middletown, and Dayton use the same base menu. The quote is driven by mowable turf, access, detail level, and route efficiency—not a random city mark-up.
Each scheduled mowing visit includes accessible turf mowing, line trimming, scheduled hard edging, and blow-off of work-area hard surfaces.
The 2026 rate is locked in the signed agreement. A visible 2027 planning rate helps property managers budget ahead without surprise math.
Starting prices are per scheduled maintenance visit and apply to routed recurring contracts. Turf square footage means mowable grass only—not the full parcel, building, or parking-lot size.
